Facility Use Fee
Member: $800
Non-Member $1,650
This fee grants exclusive use of the sanctuary and dressing
rooms for up to 5 hours on your wedding day and up to
1 1/2 hours for your rehearsal, services of our on-site event
coordinator, custodian, and a sound technician, during rehearsal and ceremony.

Non-Refundable Deposit
Members: $450 deposit due at time of reservation
Non-members: $1,000 deposit due at time of reservation

Organist (optional)
Member/Non-Member: $200
Includes one meeting with couple, rehearsal with soloist, wedding rehearsal, and wedding. (There are additional charges for extra rehearsals or meetings.) You are welcome to bring your own qualified musicians with prior approval from our event coordinator. |
Pastor
Member: $200
Our pastor will officiate at weddings for our members and constituents. Includes pre-marriage sessions, rehearsal, and ceremony. If you are not a member/constituent you must provide your own clergy. This fee does not apply if you provide your own clergy. |
Deposits
All fees are subject to change prior to receipt of deposit. The deposit is due at time of reservation. Remaining fees are due two weeks prior to wedding. Please make deposit check payable to Wesley UMC.
We will gladly place a two week "courtesy hold" on a specific date at your request. Your deposit must be received by the church within that two week period to officially reserve the date for your wedding.
* To receive the “Member” rate the bride or groom, or parent(s) of the bride or groom, must be an active, supporting member of Wesley Church (or its sister church, Central Park) for at least six months prior to making your reservation.
