Facility Use Fee

$1,650

This fee grants exclusive use of the sanctuary and dressing rooms for up to 5 hours on your wedding day and up to 1 1/2 hours for your rehearsal, services of our on-site event coordinator, custodian, and a sound technician, during rehearsal and ceremony.

Non-Refundable Deposit

$1,000 deposit due at time of reservation

Deposits

All fees are subject to change prior to receipt of deposit. The deposit is due at time of reservation. Remaining fees are due two weeks prior to wedding. Please make deposit check payable to MN Annual Conference UMC.

We will gladly place a two week "courtesy hold" on a specific date at your request. Your deposit must be received by the church within that two week period to officially reserve the date for your wedding.
