Step 1 - Identify available date for your wedding and rehearsal.

Call the wedding coordinator, Molly Campe, at 612-518-5568. You can request a temporary courtesy hold on a date for a period of two weeks. You must follow Step 2 to make this "tentative" reservation permanent.

Step 2 - Call and meet with the wedding coordinator to make final plans.

Call the wedding coordinator, Molly Campe, at 612-518-5568 to schedule a meeting at the church. At this meeting you will discuss your wedding plans, review our policies, procedures and fees. A deposit will be required to reserve your date on our calendar.

Non-members: $1,000 deposit

Event Coordinator

Historic Wesley Church wedding coordinator is required to be present at both your rehearsal and wedding.
To assist you with your wedding, the wedding coordinator will:

- Review all policies and fees with you.
- Meet with you at the church prior to the wedding.
- Be available via email or phone to answer your questions.
- Serve as a liaison between you and other Wesley staff providing services for your wedding.
- Assume responsibility for the building, its use and the security.
- Attend the rehearsal (Note: The wedding coordinator does not lead the rehearsal. The bride and groom and/or clergy member is responsible for conducting the  

  rehearsal).
- Be present for the entire wedding day and assist in answering questions and trouble shooting (Note: The event coordinator is not responsible for organizing the

   bridal party to begin the ceremony and other logistical duties).
- Assume responsibility for the restoration of the facilities back to its previous state.
